MEET NIAMH

Niamh Ennis is a Change & Transformation Specialist & Founder of the RESET Programme.

As Ireland’s leading Change & Transformation Specialist, she works with women who feel stuck, unable to move their lives forward, but they simply know that something in their lives, or their business, just isn’t right! Something needs changing and they need help to do it.

All roads have led her to discover her real and authentic passion for this work and by sharing her life experiences as well as the tools she utilised for her own personal transformation, she helps women feel heard, supported and prepares them to make that change they’ve only ever dreamed of by co-creating a practical path forward.

Niamh created this soul led coaching business to help you begin this process, to give you the transformation tools that you need to get out of your own way and to live the life you know you truly deserve, not the life you believe others expect for you.

Change is Niamh’s genius. She now lives in the West of Ireland with her husband and her rescue dog, Bella. But that could all change again soon!
